Vertex Gadgets reserves the right to correct errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been placed, and to cancel or adjust orders affected by such errors.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

4.1 Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Vertex Gadgets. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4.2 Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed orders will not be adjusted due to:

• Subsequent price reductions
• Promotions or discounts
• Better offers found elsewhere

4.3 Payment

We accept payments via mobile money, bank transfer, and debit/credit cards.
All payments must be made in full before order processing or delivery.

4.4 Order Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed, cancellation is not guaranteed and may only be approved at the discretion of Vertex Gadgets.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are handled in accordance with our Delivery, Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to courier issues, customs processes, weather, or other factors beyond our control
• Vertex Gadgets is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers

Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery may attract additional delivery charges.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed strictly by our Delivery, Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Key clarifications:

• Returns are accepted only for defective items, delivery damage, incorrect items supplied by us, or verified duplicate orders
• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted
• Products ordered incorrectly by the customer are not refundable, but may qualify for an exchange if unused and unopened
• Opened, activated, installed, or used products are not eligible for return unless defective on delivery
• Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the error originated from Vertex Gadgets
